Getting your keys
Unlock your keybox
Enter your code, grab the keys, relock when you're done. Takes about 20 seconds.
First, get your code.
Your keybox code appears once you've finished your pickup in the booking dashboard, tap Start my booking

Open it and get your keys

Wake the keypad
Press any key. The buttons light up.

Enter your code
Tap in your keybox code, then press the unlock icon at the bottom-right.
Someone watching? You can add random digits before or after your code (up to 16 total) and it still works. 3
Look for two green flashes
Four quick beeps and two green flashes means it's open. That's your all-clear.

Take your keys
Pull the front cover open and grab the trailer keys inside.
Not opening? Quick fixes
Keypad won't light up
Press firmly two or three times. If it's still dead the battery may be flat, give us a call and we'll sort it.
Red flashes or error beeps
You've mistyped, or you're outside your booked window. Re-enter your PIN slowly. Too many wrong tries locks it for a few minutes, just wait and try again.
Right PIN but nothing happens
Your PIN only works during your booking window. Double-check the time. If you're inside your window and still stuck, call us.
Locking it back when you return

Put the keys back inside

Close the cover firmly
Push it shut so it sits flush.

It locks itself
Green light and a beep. If it doesn't, press and hold the unlock icon for two seconds.

Give it a tug
A quick pull to confirm it's locked. Done.
