Self-serve pickup & return

Collecting your trailer

It's all contactless and takes a few minutes. Here's exactly how it works, from picking it up to dropping it back. All the detailed guides are further down.

First booking only
Verify your licence, once

After your very first booking, tap the secure link in your confirmation email to verify your driver's licence. Do it once and you're set for every hire after. Link playing up? Give us a call and we'll sort it.

1

Open your booking

When you're ready to collect, find your confirmation, check your email including the junk or spam folder, or your text messages, and tap View booking details . That opens your booking dashboard.

Can't find it? Check junk first, then call us and we'll resend it.

2

Start your booking & take your photos

At the trailer, tap Start my booking , answer a couple of quick questions, then walk around and photograph the trailer, all sides, the hitch, the wheels, and any marks that are already there.

Your access code appears once your photos are done. It isn't texted or emailed, this is where you get it.
3

Open the keybox & get your keys

Find the keybox on your trailer, usually on the drawbar or the side, enter your code, and take the keys inside.

4

Hitch up & check it

Back up and couple on, lock the latch, cross your safety chains under the hitch, plug in the lights and electric brakes, and test everything before you pull out.

5

Bring it back

Return to the same spot and park level. Unhitch, put the keys back in the keybox and lock it. Then finish your return in the app, a few photos and you're done.

We'll email your receipt once it's checked. Need it longer? Extend in the app before your end time to avoid extra charges.

Why the photos matter

The pickup and return photos are there to protect you. They're a timestamped record of the trailer's condition, so if there's ever a question about damage, you're covered. Get all sides, the hitch and wheels, and anything already marked, in good light. A minute now saves a headache later.
