Report a problem or damage
Something wrong with the trailer, or damage to report? Tell us here with photos. Do this before you return it if you can.
Digital ID verification
Your verification link is unique to your booking, so we send it to you. Text 0420 399 277
with your booking number and we'll send yours through.
Need it for longer?
Use the Extend Hire
link in your confirmation email or SMS. That's the only way to extend, and it has to be done before your return time.
Change or cancel a booking
Email support@trailermates.com.au
with your booking number. A change or cancellation isn't final until we confirm it.
Access code not working?
Give us a call and we'll sort it on the spot. Don't force the keybox.
Breakdown or accident
Pull over somewhere safe, then follow the emergency guide. Call us straight after.
